The rules for using Tek_tonic: what you can do with what we publish, what we promise and what we do not.
Last updated 29 September 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to the Tek_tonic website at tek-tonic.pro and to Tek_tonic Studio at app.tek-tonic.pro. Tek_tonic is a brand of Pedagogy Technologies ("Tek_tonic", "we", "us"). By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using the website
Reading Tek_tonic is free and needs no account. When you use the site, please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape or copy the site at a scale that affects other readers;
- republish our content as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Our content
Articles, guides, drops, videos and other material we publish belong to Tek_tonic unless marked otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with a credit and a link back to the original page. Code examples in our tutorials may be used in your own projects. Anything beyond that needs our written permission: ask at hello@tek-tonic.pro.
Some of our content is produced with the help of AI tools.
Third-party tools and links
The vault, bench and graveyard describe software made by other people. Each tool belongs to its authors and is used under its own licence, and we link to its source. Listing a tool is not an endorsement or a guarantee that it is safe, maintained or fit for your purpose. Statistics such as GitHub stars are synced from their source and can be out of date.
Links to other websites, including courses offered on Acc'ademy, are governed by those sites' own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Educational information only
We test what we recommend and cite our sources, but technology changes quickly and mistakes happen. Our content is for education, not professional advice. Try things in a safe environment, keep backups, and check anything important before relying on it. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it.
Tek_tonic Studio
Tek_tonic Studio is for people we have given an account to. If you have one:
- keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them;
- only connect social accounts, Pages and channels you are authorised to publish to;
- you are responsible for what you approve for publishing through the Studio.
The Studio publishes through each platform's official API, so the platform's own terms apply too. Tek_tonic uses YouTube API Services: by connecting a YouTube channel to Tek_tonic Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy. Publishing to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads or X is likewise subject to those platforms' terms.
We may suspend or remove Studio access that breaks these terms or puts the service or a connected account at risk.
Privacy
How we collect and use information, including data from Google and YouTube, is set out in our privacy policy.
Disclaimer and liability
Tek_tonic is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website, the Studio or any third-party tool we describe. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update them on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use Tek_tonic after a change means you accept the updated terms.
