Practical coding, AI and technology skills for people who build what's next. Every tool tested before it is recommended. Every claim sourced. Nothing gated.
The house rules
- Every tool run before it is written about
- Every removal keeps a dated reason
- Every number queried, never typed
How the vault works
A directory that never removes anything is a list, not a recommendation. Tek_tonic is a catalog with rules, and every number on it is read from the database at render time.
- 01
Everything starts on the bench
A repo, tool or app enters as a public evaluation. Nothing skips the queue, not even the ones we love.
- 02
The vault is earned
An entry moves in only after it survives a real build or workflow. The write-up that records the test is linked from the entry.
- 03
Leaving is dated and explained
Abandoned, replaced, or no longer worth your time: it goes to the graveyard with the date and the reason. Never silently deleted.
- 04
Stats are queried, never typed
Stars, forks and last push sync from GitHub nightly. Rising means real velocity over seven days, not a feeling.
